Sham has over 10 years of experience in the barista industry and worked with various coffee chains and independent cafes holding various roles from supervisory roles all the way to an Assistant Store Manager including being a Core Skills Trainer for Costa Coffee Singapore. Sham not only has great barista skills but also training and cafe leadership experience.

Mo has 22 years of experience in the barista industry including 7 years of barista training experience and has taught over 300 students in various accredited training organisations under Skills Future Singapore. Certified under the Specialty Coffee Association, Mo has led various operational roles in well known coffee chains in Singapore.

Ayul has over 10 years of experience in the barista industry. Ayul has been in various international coffee chains holding multiple supervisory positions. Ayul has expertise in operation efficiencies and has trained and coached countless baristas through on the job training sessions. With Ayul's guidance, our clients gain credible advise worth years of experience.
